Chapman University’s PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) services is scheduled for maintenance on Sunday, November 24. The maintenance window begins at 6 a.m. and ends at 12 p.m. Pacific Time.
During the maintenance period, users will not be able to access any services provided by Employee/Manager Self-Service. This means that employees will be unable to access and update your personal information, including timesheets, accrued days, W-2, money, and benefits.
It is important to note that this maintenance period is necessary to ensure the ongoing reliability of Chapman’s PeopleSoft services. Once the maintenance is complete, you may resume your normal activities within PeopleSoft.
