Working remote has not been easy during these challenging times. However, this group of dedicated employees, have done their part to support Facilities during these difficult times. Thank you for all you do and the service to our organization. – Rick Turner

Jessie Rivera, training specialist, IS&T

Jessie has gone above & beyond the call of duty in faculty support. This week alone he spent over 2 hours helping a faculty member with Outlook & Creative Cloud, solving the most complex problems with astonishing thoroughness & patience. – Helen Norris

Kara, Kimberly and Kristin have addressed urgent requests to update the course evaluation platform due to the pandemic and remote learning, and all responded with a ‘can-do’ attitude when facing some challenging and urgent requests. – Helen Norris

Ketzia Abramson, housing operations assistant, Residence Life and First Year Experience

Ketzia has been a reliable support person in our office amidst the many curveballs COVID continues to throw at us. Whenever we have a special project, Ketzia completes it timely & thoroughly. We can always count on her to get the job done! – D. Sundby

Aruni Wijewardene, administrative assistant, Dean of Students Office

Aruni has handled the increasing number of student of concern reports with patience and kindness, as always. She gets students to the appropriate staff in the Dean of Students Office and connected to support services in a timely fashion. – Jerry Price

Lauren Lockwood, program coordinator, Dean of Students Office

Lauren has only been at Chapman for a couple of months, and while it is not in her job description, she has assisted in tracking which students are completing the necessary steps to return to campus safely, and to communicate with them regarding their status in the process. – Jerry Price
