Here’s a sleuth-like challenge for you all to solve.
Sarah Van Zanten ’11, an intern in the Communications and Media Relations department, and her friends spotted the image at right in a recent episode of
House
. Anything look familiar? The map on the bus stop, perhaps? It’s a map of Chapman University, all right. Check out the quick scene
here
for a better look.
But how did it get there? Our guess is that there are Chapman alumni on the crew of the Emmy Award-winning medical drama. What do you think? Not exactly a medical puzzle, but we’re curious. Post your comments if you have a thought.
Perhaps Lesli Glatter (Director 2007-09) provided it to someone on that episode’s crew?
Perhaps they weren’t allowed to use Princeton’s map on air for some reason. The went to some effort to put Princeton’s name on a map of Chapman Univ. Kudos to whoever first noticed this. Someone has a really good eye.

Isn’t it because Princeton aspires to be the Chapman of the East?
Ha ha – Nancy, that is so true!!
