Wahoo's Fish Tacos founder to speak at Chapman

, will be speaking at
Chapman University
on Wednesday, Dec. 1.  as part of the Entrepreneurs Making a Difference Speaker Series.  The Wahoo’s story began in 1988 when three brothers, Wing, Ed and Mingo, decided to combine their love for surfing and food and together founded Wahoo’s Fish Tacos, here in Orange County.

What started as a single shop decorated with donations from nearby surf companies is now a successful franchise with over 50 locations throughout California, Colorado, Texas and Hawaii.

Wing has been called “The coolest CEO in the world and the planet” and his company actively supports groups like the
Surfrider Foundation
 and
Life Rolls On
.
