What a blast! Chapman School of Law celebrates its ascent

The Chapman University School of Law celebrated its rapid ascent into the nation’s Top 100 law schools, according to the most recent U.S. News rankings, on Tuesday night, April 20, in the lobby of Kennedy Hall. An august assemblage of visiting attorneys and judges, there to attend the Madison Lecture earlier in the day and to honor departing Dean John Eastman, who was celebrated with a reception and dinner later, gathered to join the party.  What happens when you mix a crowd of law students, judges, lawyers, faculty, deans and staff, with a couple of confetti cannons and a fantastic announcement?  Take a look!  (That’s Interim Dean Scott Howe and Dr. Eastman on the podium…and they know something loud is coming…!)
