Actress Amber Tamblyn to speak at interfaith Baccalaureate Ceremony

Actress and poet, Amber Tamblyn, will be the guest speaker for Chapman’s 2014 Interfaith Baccalaureate Service.


Golden Globe nominated actress and acclaimed performance poet, Amber Tamblyn, will be the key note speaker at Chapman University’s 2014 Interfaith Baccalaureate Ceremony, on Friday, May 23, at 4 p.m. in the Wallace All Faiths Chapel. Tamblyn currently stars on the CBS sitcom
Two and a Half Men,
and is best known for her roles on various prime-time television series such as
Joan of Arcadia
and
House
.

Live music will be performed by special guest and
American Idol
Top 40 singer, Gurpreet Sarin.

Baccalaureate is an interfaith service offering farewell to the graduates at Chapman University, and is open to all graduating students and their families. Chapman’s 2014 Commencement ceremonies will take place Friday and Saturday, May 23 and 24. The entire Commencement schedule can be found at the

An  overflow room with a live television feed will be available in Argyros Forum, room 209, where a reception with the featured guests will be held following the ceremony.  Chapman seniors and faculty who wish to reserve a spot in the academic procession and seating area can RSVP to
interfaith@chapman.edu
.  Guests are not required to RSVP. Their seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
