Scurrying to campus this summer? The shuttles can help with that

If you’re on campus this summer, you’ll be glad to know that the air-conditioned shuttles introduced at Chapman University this school year will continue to operate.

“Thanks to all of our riders, we had a great inaugural year for our new Panther Shuttle service.  Our shuttles enhanced connectivity to our campus community by providing over 35,000 rides from September 2013 to May 2014,” said Randy Burba, chief of public safety.

Beginning Tuesday, May 27, the shuttles will operate on the following schedule:

  • One Panther Village shuttle about every 30 minutes, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • One parking lot shuttle about every 10 minutes, with lunch-hour variations, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Shuttle Service Schedule and Rider Guide may be viewed at https://www.chapman.edu/campus-services/parking-services/shuttle-service.aspx.

You can check in on a shuttle’s expected arrival through the online tracking program, which can be viewed on a desktop computer or with a mobile application.

More information is available at the Campus Shuttle Services webpage.
