In his annual State of the University address on Feb. 28, Chapman University President Daniele C. Struppa recognized the institution’s Top Employers for 2025. This award honors organizations that have demonstrated a sustained commitment to hiring the university’s graduates.
“We are very grateful for all the organizations that you see listed here that trust us to provide them with strong partners for their work,” said Struppa, noting that employers are the real customers of the university.
Representatives from a wide array of industries were honored at the the event, including major corporations such as RiteAid, DreamWorks Animation and NASA Jet Propulsion Lab, as well as local employers such as the Orange Unified School District and Angels Baseball.
“CBRE is honored to be recognized as a Top Employer for Chapman University,” said Nicole Moler, who is a sales manager at the global real estate company. “We have a strong relationship and partnership with the university through their real estate program and are lucky to be introduced to quality candidates from the school every year for both our internship program and full-time opportunities. Chapman University students are impressive, hard-working, well-rounded candidates that consistently add value to our organization.”
Deloitte partner Sean Peasley stated, “Our ongoing relationship with Chapman has been instrumental in attracting top-tier talent, whose innovative contributions continue to drive our success and growth.”
Chapman’s strategic focus on advancing health care in the community has drawn recruiters back year after year for their clinical care staff, research and administrative hiring needs. Justin Thompson, a clinical recruiter for Hoag, said, “It is an honor to be able to return to Chapman University as a top employer again this year. We cherish our Panther graduates and the ability to continue hiring top talent from Chapman University.”
Tiffany Huynh, health care supervisor at Walgreens, said, “Thank you for trusting us to inspire your students to continue their learning [and] to engage and to socialize with the students. We appreciate the quality of the students and their effort while interning in our pharmacies.”

In fact, employers across industries consistently praised Chapman students and alumni for their career readiness.

Another long-time partner, Newport-Mesa Unified School District, looks forward to hiring Chapman’s highly qualified graduates every year and values the opportunity to host student teachers, counselors and psychologist interns during their clinical practice, said Leona Olson, assistant superintendent and chief human resources officer.
