Scheduled Software Upgrade on November 21, 2023, 8 am to 5 pm

The Information Systems and Technology team (IS&T) will be conducting an upgrade to our general IT Software Licensing server during the upcoming Thanksgiving break. This upgrade will enhance our software’s performance, security, and overall efficiency.

We have scheduled this maintenance window during the Thanksgiving break to minimize disruption and inconvenience to our team members. Once the upgrade is complete, you can look forward to improved performance and access to the latest software versions.

During this maintenance period, the following applications will be temporarily unavailable for approximately four hours:

  • Mathematica 
  • ArcGIS 
  • ArcGIS Pro 
  • SPSS 26 and below 
  • Matlab 

Date and time for this upgrade: November 21, 2023, 8 am to 5 pm.

We understand that these applications are crucial for many of you, and we apologize for any inconvenience this temporary unavailability may cause. This upgrade is essential to ensure our software’s long-term reliability and functionality.
