The Office of Human Resources is pleased to begin the new year by launching our new Career Compass Initiative (CCI) website. The CCI website was designed to be the primary resource for staff and administrators to provide significant updates and news throughout the study. Employees and supervisors will also find helpful resources for completing the Description of Position and Responsibilities (DPR) questionnaire. All DPRs must be completed by employees and reviewed by supervisors by Thursday, Feb. 2, 2023. Employees should allow enough time for review and discussion with their supervisors if applicable.
We are committed to providing the University with constant Career Compass Initiative communication and will update the CCI website with significant updates, changes and progress.
