Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Communications to Serve on National Higher Education Executive Committee

Chapman University’s Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Communications Jamie Ceman has been elected to serve on the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Counselors to Higher Education Executive Committee. 

Founded in 1999, the specialized group is a community of senior-level communications leaders who serve higher education institutions. Through in-person programs, publications and webinars, the group shares knowledge, analysis and trends, giving section members the tools they need to serve as strategic public relations and communication leaders for their college or university.

“PRSA is really the national association for PR professionals,” said Ceman. “It’s wonderful that Chapman can be a voice at the table in determining how the organization provides support and resources for higher education communicators. I’m honored to be a part of such a prestigious group.”

A consummate integrated marketing communications leader, Ceman has served as Chapman’s vice president of strategic marketing and communications since 2018. She leads the continued evolution and roll-out of the university’s branding strategy to continue the push to national and international stature for the institution.
