IS&T is currently aware of a Microsoft 365 issue that is affecting the viewing of messages in the Outlook client. The issue is not isolated to Chapman University and is being reported by other Universities as well. IS&T is currently monitoring the situation and will provide more updates when available. If you are experiencing issues with viewing your Outlook email, we recommend that you use the online Outlook services at outlook.office.com.
