Cindy Graves, assistant director, Business Department, Facilities Management

These past two weekends, Cindy has worked closely with me gathering important information for financial reports. This act of dedication to helping the department and others was valuable beyond words. Thank you, Cindy, once again!! – Rick Turner

Olga Magana, operations manager, Sodexo

Olga has been working very hard to get Starbucks back online for students going into the spring semester working through all the COVID restrictions and Starbuck brand requirements. – Eric Cameron

In thanks for your outstanding efforts supporting campus CUSB leaves, accommodations, and ergonomics needs. – Brian Powell

Sandra Bacio, executive assistant, Office of Legal Affairs

Sandra has come in to accept subpoenas on behalf of the University. – Janine DuMontelle

Daniel Garcia, global education advisor, Center for Global Education

Daniel worked closely with our incoming exchange students throughout the pandemic. He led a reflection workshop when they returned home unexpectedly. He also revamped their application process and worked on Covid deferrals for exchange students. – Jodi Hicks

Julie Artman, chair of collection management, Leatherby Libraries

Julie provided personalized service to faculty members during the pandemic by working diligently on a case-by-case basis to acquire digital materials to supplement their course curriculum. – Helen Norris

Jamie Wisdom, lead client services technician, IS&T

Jamie is a go-to person for challenging support issues.  This week she helped resolve an email issue with an important community member. She was patient, quick to respond, kind and professional. Chapman is so lucky to have her. – Helen Norris

Jay Fabio, operations coordinator, IS&T

Jay has overseen the hiring process for the Student Technology Experts to support faculty during the Spring. She has been screening, scheduling interviews, and then following up with HR to ensure these students can start asap. – Helen Norris
