When the Chapman Community went fully remote, Human Resources was quick to find a solution to enhance productivity and connect Chapman employees during this time apart. The result was the Working Remote Series organized in partnership with HR, IS&T, the Fish Interfaith Center, Financial Services, the Musco Center and Sustainability.
The goal of the series is to support Chapman employees through the unique challenges of adjusting to remote work – imperfect workspaces, balancing family care and work tasks, managing from a distance and maintaining social connections.
