IS&T is in the process of changing the underlying phone carrier for Chapman University, which will result in a brief disruption of inbound external phone calls. AT&T has notified us that this conversion will occur on May 21 between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. PST, and incoming external phone calls will be intermittently unavailable during this time.
If there is an external call during that time, the caller may get a “continuous ring no answer” or a “service error” message.
Outbound calls and internal calls will continue to function.
