As a member of the Chapman community, you have access to the Panther Guardian safety app. It’s a free app that allows you to check in with friends, family, Public Safety and other people you trust to help you stay safe both on and off campus.
The app is available for iPhone and Android devices.
Some special features of Rave Guardian are:
- Safety Timer: Panther Guardian lets you to notify others if you’re alone or in an unfamiliar place.
- Manage & Message Your Guardians: You can invite whoever you want to be your “guardian” and communicate with them within the app as needed.
- Easy Emergency Communication: If you feel like you’re in danger, you can call Public safety directly. Also, if you see something suspicious, you can send text tips—including photos—to PSAFE.
