Work 101: Spruce Up Your Space, Submit a Facilities Request Online

Now is the time to get organized and get ready for the year ahead. If you need something fixed or painted, Facilities Management provides an online work request system for your maintenance repair needs. Maintenance problems may also be directed to Facilities Management in person or by phone at (714) 997-6658.

How to Submit a Work Request Online

Simply select the building that requires the repair and then enter your name, phone number, email address, room number and specify request details. You can also attach a photo to show what the problem is.

Note: requests that involve computers, phones, or TVs should be directed to the Service Desk at (714) 997-6600.

If the request is an emergency, contact Facilities Management at (714) 997-6658. If it is a weekend or after 5 p.m. on a weekday, call Public Safety at (714) 997-6763. For life-threatening emergencies, immediately call 911.
