Chapman Remembers Students and Families at Saugus High School

The Chapman community is saddened to learn of the shooting this morning at Saugus High School in Santa Clarita, CA.

Because of expressed concern from members of the campus community, students, faculty and staff are invited to join us for a vigil Friday, Nov. 15 at 1 p.m. at theWallace All Faith Chapel of the Fish Interfaith Center on the Orange campus led by Rev. Nancy Brink, director of church relations.

Currently there is a vigil table set up at the Fish Interfaith Center if anyone wishes to come by to light a candle and write in the remembrance book. The building is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. today and tomorrow.

In addition to services through the Student Counseling Center, the chaplains of the Fish Interfaith Center are here to listen and offer support to students, faculty and staff. If you need to reach out, please feel free to email interfaith@chapman.edu.
