Support reading programs, meet award-winning authors, visit with Santa and find the just-right gifts for the youngsters on your shopping list at the Children’s Book Fiesta Saturday, Dec. 14, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Librería Martinez de Chapman University, 216 N. Broadway, in Santa Ana.
Proceeds from the book sales during the Children’s Book Fiesta will go to support the literacy and reading programs offered at the book store. Guest authors in attendance will include Antonio Sacre, My Name is Cool; Elizabeth Jiménez, Lalo; Icy Smith, Mei Ling in China City, Michael Smith, Thomas the T. Rex and other information books; and illustrator Joe Cepeda, Esperanza Rising and Mice and Beans.

Librería Martínez de Chapman University is a nonprofit community educational initiative in partnership with the university’s College of Educational Studies.
