It seems waffles just may be the way to a prospective student’s heart. During a recent tour of Chapman University with her daughter, Saturday Night Live cast member Laraine Newman stopped off at the local Bruxie with Michael Pelly, vice chancellor and dean for enrollment management. In a food review Newman posted on One for The Table, where she is a regular blogger, she raved about the gourmet waffles, the campus and the deans they met during the tour.
