A professional vocal group of Chapman University musicians and vocalists led by Christina Alexopoulos, adjunct faculty member in the Conservatory of Music and development coordinator at Schmid College of Science and Technology, received a glowing review for a performance given at the annual White Night party held in Beverly Hills.

The
Beverly Hills Courier
called the performance “a magical opera recital.” Joining Alexopoulos in the performance were tenor Ernest Alvarez, ‘02, pianist William Sovich, ’04, and soprano Anna Schubert, ‘12.

The White Night event is held by Corinna Tsopei Fields, the widow of the late super agent Freddie Fields. Among the Hollywood luminaries attending this year were Sydney Poitier, Don Rickles and Jackie Collins.
