Four Chapman University students have made it to the second round of
Rooftop Comedy’s National College Stand-Up Competition
, one of 32 teams competing in the TBS comedy event. Film production majors Peter Gilroy ’12 and Shane McDonald ’12, television broadcast journalism major Jonathan Myers ’11 and Matt Gallenstein ’13, a double major in screen acting and English literature, are seeking votes to make it to the next round.

“Like my great American forefathers Uncle Sam and P.Diddy, I too am now asking you to vote,” said Gallenstein.

Videos taken from round one will be on the competition website and open for voting on Wednesday, April 6, through Thursday, April 7.  If the team gets enough votes, it will defeat Loyola Marymount University and advance to the Select 16 Elimination round. To cast your vote, visit
Chapman’s competition page here
