Blueberries back on the tasting menu

They’re baaack. The blueberries, that is.
Chapman University’s Food Science Program
needs volunteers to belly up to the tasting bar again as part of its continuing work on a U.S. Department of Agriculture project to conduct consumer research on a variety of peaches and blueberries.  This week tasters are needed from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, July 22, in Hashinger 103.

It’s quick and easy and each participant is entered into a drawing for $50 gift card. Last week’s winners are Greg Fisher, computer technician, and Annie Knight, Brandman librarian. Woo-hoo!
