Kristy Beavers, Assistant Director of Chapman’s
Center for Global Education
(CGE), was recently elected to the Council of Advisors for the International Student Exchange Program.

The council is comprised of 15 US-based and international members. It advises the President/Executive Director and the Board of Directors on matters related to the exchange program development and implementation and recommends criteria for program membership.

Council members serve a 3-year term. The International Student Exchange Program (ISEP) is a network of 300 post-secondary institutions in the United States and 42 other countries cooperating to provide affordable international educational experiences for a diverse student population.

Chapman joined the ISEP exchange consortium in 2006. This upcoming year, the Chapman’s Center for Global Education has 20 students slated to go abroad and will receive 20 international students through ISEP exchanges.
