Senior Ramona Rose and 17 other Chapman students had their work cut out for them this past weekend as participants in a Roots Native Habitat Restoration trip, sponsored by the Student Civic Engagement program. Students spent three hours yanking out invasive, non-native species like mustard and wild radish from Upper Newport Bay.
