Chapman University will host the Southern California Transit Forum, which brings together federal, state and local mass transit officials and legislative leaders to discuss the crisis in mass transit funding. The conference, Feb. 5 (Friday), will be hosted by the Law School’s Center for Global Trade & Development and sponsored by the Orange County Business Forum and the Orange County Transportation Authority.
