memorial-hall-2
Chapman University’s academic excellence has once again earned it a place in the 2012 revised and updated edition of
The Fiske Guide to Colleges 2012
. Chapman is one of 315 colleges and universities chosen to be featured in this year’s guide.

Universities are ranked on a broad range of subjects, including student body, academics, social life, and financial aid by the publishers of the prestigious guide, created by Edward B. Fiske, the former education editor at
The New York Times
.
The

Fiske Guide to Colleges
is known for its independence; it accepts no consulting, advertising or other fees from colleges and has no outside relationship with colleges working on its behalf.   The guide’s only stated mission is “to help future students select the best colleges to reach their own goals.”

Fiske has also written
The Fiske Guide to Nailing the SAT
,
What to Do When for College
and
The Fiske Guide to Getting Into the Right College
.
