After months of development, Chapman’s new public events calendar is ready to launch at events.chapman.edu.
What You Need to Know

The calendar connects directly to 25Live. To appear online, events must be submitted and confirmed in 25Live with “Public” selected as the Event Type.

Events already scheduled in 25Live will automatically display their date, time, title, and description.
Make Your Events Shine
Log into 25Live to add:

Event images
-
Enhanced descriptions
-
Registration or RSVP links
-
Audience information
Preview the new calendar here.
Reminders

Changes must be made in 25Live (not on the calendar site).

Updates may take up to 10 minutes to appear online.

Update filenames when replacing images to ensure they refresh.

For major event changes, contact Event Operations.
