PeopleSoft Maintenance on September 7

Chapman University’s PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) is scheduled for maintenance from 9/7 between 6 AM and 2:30 PM PST.

During the maintenance period, users will not be able to access any services provided by Employee/Manager Self-Service. This means that employees will be unable to access and update your personal information, including timesheets, accrued days, W-2, money, and benefits.
Screenshot of employee/manager self service portal.It is important to note that this maintenance period is necessary to ensure the ongoing reliability of Chapman’s PeopleSoft services. Once the maintenance is complete, you may resume your normal activities within PeopleSoft.
