Due to a scheduled database Upgrade, the Facilities Management online work request system (WebTMA) is estimated to be unavailable beginning Wednesday evening (July 24) and returning to service Friday morning (July 26).
Until the work request service is restored, you may email your work request to facmgt@chapman.edu, including the following information:
- Your Name
- Phone Number
- Building Name/Address and Room Number
- Description of the work you are requesting.
Alternatively, during normal weekday work hours (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM), you may call (714) 997-6658 with your work request. If this is an emergency occurring after 4:30 PM on weekdays, call 714-997-6658.
