Open Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to review and make changes to your benefit elections without a qualifying event, so don’t miss out.
During Open Enrollment, you can:
- Add, cancel or change coverage
- Enroll or re-enroll in a flexible spending account (FSA)
- Elect or modify your health savings account (HSA) employee contributions
- Add or drop eligible family members from coverage
Benefit Updates for 2023
- Medical costs will remain the same. For 2023, the university will absorb the cost increases to keep your payroll deductions unchanged.
- Dental and vision costs will remain the same.
- All current benefit plans and providers will remain the same.
- Pet insurance will be added through Spot.
- Voluntary whole life insurance with a long-term care option will be available through Unum.
