This is a follow-up to our previous announcement regarding the upgrade of Perceptive Content (Formerly ImageNow). As we continue to enhance our systems with the latest features, licensing, and security measures, we want to ensure that your transition to the upgraded software is as smooth and efficient as possible.
We anticipate that Perceptive Content will be offline from August 11 at 5 PM until August 12 at 3 PM.
We are excited to announce the availability of a comprehensive guide designed to assist you in uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version of Perceptive Content via Chapman University’s Company Portal. You may use the portal to install the latest version of ImageNow on August 12, but please keep in mind the new version will not be operational until the system is back up.
The guide provides step-by-step instructions tailored to accommodate users of varying technical expertise:
