The first phase of the PeopleSoft HCM Refresh Project is on schedule to go live on Saturday, June 1. To prepare and load important budget data into PeopleSoft HCM, Human Resources is requesting a brief pause on entering hire actions, position changes and separations between Monday, May 27 and Friday, May 31. To ensure timely processing, please submit employment-related changes to the Office of Human Resources by Monday, May 20 at the latest. Otherwise, entries will resume Monday, June 3. Employee Self-Service functionality will continue until the afternoon of Friday, May 31 when PeopleSoft HCM will be offline for updates through the weekend.
