Eight Department of English faculty members and graduate students presented papers at the College English Association‘s 53rd Annual Conference in Atlanta over Spring Break. Ian Barnard, Morgan Read-Davidson, Daniel Strasberger and Candice Yacono participated in a faculty panel on Transformations in the Teaching of Composition. Sawyer Kelly, Matt Lemas and Kristen Venegas participated in a graduate student instructor panel on Cultivating Introspection as a Means of Transformation in the GSI-Student Experience. Lastly, graduate student Rhyan Warmerdam presented a paper on Engendering New Trans*formations: Naming in Cyrus Grace Dunham’s A Year Without a Name.
