The Chapman Running Team competed in the Pediatric Cancer Foundation Half Marathon on March 24. Runners, walkers and volunteers dedicated their miles to the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation and the 300,000 children who will be diagnosed worldwide in 2024.
President Emeritus Jim Doti and College of Performing Arts Dean Giulio Ongaro came in second in their age division, while Card Systems Specialist Yen Darcy came in third. Two of Doti’s econometrics students Sean Jeffry and Kendall Clark ran races clocking in at 1:50 and 1:45, respectively, sporting their “Team Econometrics” running shirts.
