RSVP for the Mindfulness Certificate Program

Mindfulness is developing an open readiness to meet every day fully. Attendees will learn tools of self-awareness for living with less stress and gain greater compassion for themselves, as well as the capacity to offer greater compassion to their communities. Sessions will be held from 4-4:45 p.m. online on Feb. 15, 22 and 29 and March 7 and 14. Email interfaith@chapman.edu to RSVP.
