Important Zoom Update

Dear Chapman community,

Zoom has recently identified a vulnerability in Desktop Clients 5.15.0 (Windows/macOS), 5.15.1 (Windows), and certain other products (i.e., iOS, Android, Linux, Zoom Rooms, SDK) – primarily versions 5.15.0. Users on these versions will be prompted to update before they can join meetings, and these versions will no longer be available for download.
 
Please update Zoom on your computers as soon as possible to avoid disruptions by going to zoom.us/download or following the steps below:
 
  1. Sign in to Zoom desktop client.
  2. Click your profile picture, then click Check for Updates.

    If there is a newer version, Zoom will download and install it.

If you don’t see the “check for updates” option, you don’t have admin rights. Please email the service desk at servicedesk@chapman.edu.
