Allegra Liberman-Martin, assistant professor of chemistry and biochemistry in Chapman’s Schmid College of Science and Technology, is among 25 outstanding teacher-scholars to receive a 2023 Cottrell Scholar Award from the Research Corporation for Science Advancement.
The award is for $100,000.
Cottrell Scholars work in chemistry, physics or astronomy and are chosen through a rigorous peer-review process of applications from a wide variety of public and private research universities and undergraduate institutions in the United States and Canada. Their award proposals incorporate both research and science education.
