As previously announced, there will be a new look for paystubs and W-2s in 2023.
Beginning with the first paycheck in January, the university will make changes to the My Money section of the Employee Self-Service Portal on Working@Chapman. This change entails an additional click to redirect you to the ADP dashboard where you can retrieve 2023 paystubs and your 2022 W-2 once it is released later this month. The new navigation for paystubs will be available Jan. 25 for employees paid monthly. It is now available for employees paid biweekly.
On Jan. 25, the 2022 W-2 tax statements will be available on the ADP dashboard for all employees. From the Employee Self-Service Portal on Working@Chapman go to My Money >W-2 > W-2s to be redirected to the ADP dashboard. Since the ADP dashboard displays both paystubs and tax statements all under the same Pay tile, you will note that this navigation takes you to the same place as the navigation for 2023 paystubs. You may use either option from Employee Self-Service or you may bookmark the ADP dashboard directly at https://adp.chapman.edu and use your Chapman login credentials. For those who have not consented to receive electronic W-2s only, a paper copy will also be mailed to your address on file by Jan. 27.
