Part-Time Lecturer and Graduate Student Instructor Non-Course Timesheet Improvements

Non-Course timesheets assigned to part-time lecturers (PTLs) and graduate student instructors (GSIs) will soon be improved for easier entry. Current non-course timesheets require a comment to be added for all non-course time worked. Beginning Dec. 12, 2022, common non-course activities for both newly hired and returning PTLs and GSIs can be selected from drop down lists rather than entered in the comments. Comments will only be required when the non-course type and activity is something other than the defined activities. Please note, all other non-course activity must be pre-approved by your Dean and the Office of the Provost. Timesheet instruction guides will be provided on Dec. 12 to assist with completing the new non-course timesheets. Timesheets for hourly instruction contracts and other employee types remain unchanged.
