University Closes for Independence Day; President Struppa Announces Early Release, July 1 at 3 p.m.

In observance of Independence Day, all Chapman University offices will be closed on Monday, July 4 and Tuesday July 5. In addition, President Daniele Struppa announced that all faculty and staff may be dismissed at 3 p.m. on Friday, July 1 to get an early start to the holiday weekend. Please coordinate with your supervisor, as all early releases require supervisor approval. As always Chapman’s Public Safety dispatch is available 24/7 at (714) 997-6763. If you are on a cell phone or off campus, 911 will lead you directly to the city’s emergency services as usual.
