President Daniele Struppa sent the following message to Chapman University faculty and staff on Monday, Nov. 22.
It is my pleasure to announce that you may leave early from work on Wednesday, Nov. 24 at 3 p.m., to get started on your four-day weekend in observation of Thanksgiving. Please note that this early dismissal is at the discretion of your supervisor.
I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for your dedication to Chapman. You make this university such a wonderful place where our students can learn and thrive. Enjoy the well-deserved break and time with friends and family.
