Chapman’s Centralized Employee Resource Website Working@Chapman is Here!

Chapman University’s centralized employee/faculty website Working@Chapman is now live! Working@Chapman is your “one-stop-shop” for all staff and faculty related logins, tools, resources and announcements. You can access this site directly at working.chapman.edu or through the login drop down menu from the Chapman homepage, labeled “Working@Chapman.”

The changes to my.chapman are also now complete. As a reminder, the employee self-service options (My Self-Service and Manager Self-service) have shifted to a new, secured environment. This includes timesheets and applies to student employees, as well. You can access the new employee/manager self-service site through Working@Chapman. Look for the red login button labeled “Employee/Manager Self-Service.” 

As a side not note, the employee benefit hours being displayed in the new employee self-service will be displaying live-time updates to benefit hours accrual and usage. If your hours do not look correct or if you have any questions, please contact the Payroll team at payroll@chapman.edu.

Please also note that “manager/employee self service” will be behind Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). If you have logged into email, Dropbox or any service that requires 2FA within the last 30 days, you will not be prompted when logging in to access your timesheet. If you have not enrolled in 2FA, please visit Chapman’s Two-Factor Authentication webpage to enroll today.

Visit Chapman.edu/W@C to view video tutorials and other self-help guides to support you in this transition. In addition, in-person support is available as needed by visiting the Tech Hub located in Demille 104 or by contacting the IS&T Service Desk for remote support.
