Benefits-eligible Chapman employees have access to Bright Horizons, a care advantage program that provides employees with access to back-up child care, adult/elder care, discounts and more!
If you ever experience a breakdown in your normal child or adult care arrangements, Bright Horizons can help in finding family care. Whether your kids are on summer break or your sitter is on vacation, Bright Horizons can arrange temporary care for you.
Some of the caregiver solutions offered by Bright Horizons include: child care, nanny services, housekeepers, elder care, tutoring, test prep and even pet care!
Eligible Employees
- Full-time faculty and regular status employees who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week may participate in all benefit programs offered by Chapman University.
- Full-time faculty and regular status employees who are regularly scheduled to work 20 – 29 hours per week may participate in the Life Assistance Program and Bright Horizons.
