Upcoming Workplace Wellness and Engagement Program Puts Focus on Mental Health

May marks the start of Mental Health Awareness Month – a time to fight against the stigma surrounding mental health and offer support and resources that help promote wellness. This month’s Paws Up for Workplace Wellness and Engagement program is your opportunity to share tips on how you’ve looked after your mental health and wellbeing during the pandemic and also to hear from your colleagues about what’s worked for them. Join the virtual event on Friday, May 21, at 3 p.m. to learn self-help strategies for maintaining a healthy brain and healthy mind.

The event is open to staff and administrators. To participate, simply submit a post to Kudoboard about an activity, insight or tool you have found helpful in promoting your mental health and wellness during the pandemic. While you’re there, check out the tips already submitted. Once you submit a post to the Kudoboard, you will be entered to win mental-health themed prizes. The deadline to submit your personal tip to Kudoboard is Wednesday, May 19th at 5 p.m.

Learn more about how to submit your tips on Kudoboard and the rules of participation. Among the prizes you’ll have a chance to win are a one Year Subscription to Calm App, Apple Watch and more! For more information, including information on programming, please visit the Paws Up for Workplace Wellness and Engagement website.
