Four Chapman Resources to Help you Stay Well and Engaged

Chapman University remains committed to helping you cultivate your health and well-being, wherever you are. As part of the Chapman family, you have access to a variety of resources, tools and engaging programs to help you stay connected and cope during difficult moments. Stay well, stay healthy and stay engaged with the following resources.

1. Paws Up for Workplace Wellness and  Engagement

Paws Up for Workplace Wellness and Engagement is a new series that encourages staff and administrators to focus on their health, engagement and productivity while working remote or on-campus. The upcoming program “Bringing Meaning to Work” will be held on Friday, February 26 at 3 p.m. Visit the Paws Up for Workplace Wellness and Engagement website to register in advance.

2. Read Inspiring Stories about your Colleagues in Chapman’s   Kudoboard

As you’re done signing up for “Bringing Meaning to Work,” take a moment to browse through Chapman’s Kudoboard and read the many moving stories your colleagues have shared about the people and things that add purpose to their work days. Share your own image and videos if you’re inclined to!

3. Ergonomics Training

All faculty and staff are invited to take Chapman’s Online Ergonomics Training, or have a virtual assessment of, and recommendations for, your remote workspace. If you would like to take Chapman’s Online Ergonomics Training or have a virtual 1:1 evaluation may email Tim Frenchcampbell at frenchca@chapman.edu.

4. Grief Counseling at the FISH

Chapman University’s Fish Interfaith Center continues to be an important source of support during the current pandemic. Among the many resources the Fish Interfaith Center offers is grief counseling. All faculty, staff and students who are grieving or facing any other concern are invited to contact the Fish Interfaith Center to set up a grief counseling session, or chat with a chaplain.
