A neighbor informed Ofc. Shieh that her Great Dane died, and she asked for assistance in loading the 200-pound pet into her car.  Ofc. Shieh, Ofc. Banowetz and supervision Lieutenant Williams responded to assist the distraught neighbor.  The neighbor returned later with cookies and thanked the officers for helping her family out during a very difficult time.  The officers gave her a condolence card they had purchased and let her know they cared about her family and her loss. A great example of Chapman’s compassionate spirit. – Randy Burba

Sandra Bacio, Executive Assistant, Office of Legal Affairs

Sandra has been coming to the office to handle the mail during the COVID-19 restrictions and made a special effort to set up the overnight mailing envelope for me so I could process a settlement over break. – Janine DuMontelle
