As part of Chapman University’s continued commitment to the health and wellness of the campus community, we are excited for the return of the popular Healthy Brain, Healthy Mind  series.

Join Director of Contemplative Practices and Wellbeing Jay Kumar, Ph.D., Thursdays at 4 p.m. for a weekly webinar offering advice, Q&A, interviews and tools for applying science-based strategies and spiritual wisdom to promote your emotional, mental and spiritual well being. Each week, Dr. Kumar will delve into discussions aimed at helping you nurture calmness and navigate change. All episodes will be recorded and supplemented by a podcast, short video and blog post. 

The “Healthy Brain, Healthy Mind” webinar series is one of the many online resources that are part of Chapman’s “Health and Wellness” initiative and one of the many programs offered by the Fish Interfaith Center.
