Faculty, students and staff are invited to join the fun and celebrate all things Italian at this traditional fall party hosted by Marybelle and S. Paul Musco as a treat for the campus community. Enjoy an Italian feast of rigatoni alla Musco, Italian meatballs and sauce and fresh focaccia. Sample olive oil and enjoy a taste of an 85-pound Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese wheel.
Strolling accordion players will provide entertainment, along with a special pizza-making demonstration by President Jim Doti.
