Have ideas for Staff Summit 2013? Join the planning committee and make it happen!

The Department of Human Resources is in preparation mode for Staff Summit Week 2013, scheduled for the week of June 10, and is looking for volunteers to help with the planning process.

They are seeking committee members for the following teams:

  • Kick Off Day
  • Workshops
  • Resource/Health Fair
  • Prizes/Prize Drawing Event


If you would like to participate, please email
hroffice@chapman.edu
by Friday, March 8, with the title of the committee or committees you are interested in joining. Please seek permission from your supervisor before submitting your request. Committee members are expected to attend at least three, one-hour meetings that will be scheduled from March through May, and provide assistance during the week of events. The total amount of commitment time will not exceed 10 hours.

It’s a great way to meet staff members throughout the campus and provide valuable feedback on events designed just for staff. And don’t worry – you won’t miss any of the Staff Summit fun. Many of last year’s committee members say being part of the planning process enhanced their experience of this annual tradition.
